On 1st May 2018, Labour Day was celebrated with zeal and enthusiasm by our ShemStars. A thought-provoking assembly was conducted by the students and all the helpers at school were also invited. Beautiful poems were recited and speeches were spoken to show gratitude to all the helpers who keep the environment neat and clean. They presented cards and titles to each and every helper to make them feel special and show that they are indispensable parts of the institution. Ms. Amita Dhaka, the Principal of SHEMFORD Pinjore, in her address said that ‘without labour nothing prospers’- which was indeed a strong message.
The helpers at school also exhibited their happiness by putting up beautiful dance and song performances, which followed the cultural program put up by the students and teachers of SHEMFORD.
